In this price range, Whistler offers panoramic views from superbly-finished ski-home chalets in exclusive developments such as Horstman Estates on the Blackcomb Benchlands and Sunridge Plateau on Whistler Mountain. The Sunridge houses are 5,000 to 7,000 square feet and some have private swimming pools or log beam construction. Chalets on Blueberry Hill, another exclusive area, are typically 3,500 square feet and have dramatic views over the Whistler Golf Course, both mountains and the village.
